St. Petersburg’s Beach Drive is a vibrant strip packed with culinary gems. Here’s a list of 7 must-visit spots and what makes each one special:
1. Allelo: Delicious Mediterranean-Aegean dishes in a cozy, stylish setting with excellent wine and cocktails. This is my go-to place in St. Pete. The food is always delicious and the food and drink menu is updated seasonally. It does not disappoint!
2. Cevíche: A long-standing favorite for Spanish tapas and sangria with a lively, social atmosphere. Everything I've ever ordered here has always been mouthwateringly delicious.
3. BellaBrava: Classic Italian-American fare served in a chic, relaxed space. If you're looking for top-notch delicious pasta, this is the place to go.
4. Cassis: A Parisian-inspired bistro known for its diverse menu, with brunch being a highlight for its upscale yet accessible options in a charming, open-air setting.
5. Stillwaters Tavern: Upscale American comfort food with a modern twist and extensive craft beer selection. A fantastic date-night restaurant.
6. Parkshore Grill: Known for sophisticated New American cuisine with fresh seafood and steak options. If you aren't sure what you're in the mood to eat, you can't go wrong with Parkshore Grill.
7. The Canopy at The Birchwood: Rooftop bar with craft cocktails and small bites paired with stunning views of Tampa Bay.
New and Noteworthy: Juno and the Peacock: Recently opening in August of 2024, this gorgeous restaurant, offers a modern dining experience with globally inspired dishes, fresh ingredients, and inventive preparations. I'm looking forward to giving it a try!
